TAP Business Class to USA & Canada Starting at €1,332 from 4 Countries

TAP‘s business class is not only very good but also a great way to earn Star Alliance miles, as the mileage credit is generally very high, compared to other airlines’ business class. So whenever they offer cheap prices, it’s always a good idea to take a closer look. Currently, quite a few routes to the US and Canada are being offered at a good price, starting at €1,332 from various airports in Spain, France, and Italy. Also – maybe the most interesting, you can fly from Dublin all the way to San Francisco for only €1,456.

The flights are usually routed via Lisbon. I tested TAP’s business class, travelling to Washington D.C. almost 2 years ago, and I was very satisfied, both with the seats and the service.

TAP also permits you to stay up to 5 days in Lisbon on your way. In some cases, that even lowers the price of the ticket! Here’s an example of a trip from Lyon to New York, spending 4 nights in Lisbon before heading to New York:

These prices will apparently remain this low until January 21, 2024. The flights have to take place before March 21, 2024, and your trip has to be between 5 days (or one Sunday) and one month long. You can also fly in this year’s autumn.
