Dakar: €300 TAP Flights from Milan (with Luggage)

Star Alliance member TAP is offering economy class flights from Milan to Dakar for only €290. What makes the deal even more appealing is that the Basic fare including 23 kg of luggage is available for only €10 more. You can find these flights in November, and from late January until April.

On the way back from Dakar, you’ll land in Lisbon at 6 a.m. and then fly to Milan 13 hours later at 7:45 p.m. While this offers you a great opportunity to explore Portugal’s capital at no extra cost, it makes the booking process a little bit more complicated, as you’ll only be shown these prices when booking them as a multi-stop booking. TAP uses an Airbus A320 for its 2-hour flights between Milan and Lisbon, and an Airbus A321neo for the 4-hour flights to Dakar. As mentioned before, you’ll have 13 hours in Lisbon on the way back. Alternatively, you can also stay up to 5 days in Lisbon without increasing the ticket price.

This deal is available until September 19, 2023 for flights between November 1 and April 30. You also have to spend at least 5 days in Africa before flying back.

You can find all available dates on Google Flights. Sadly, TAP’s website displays an error if you try to book these tickets, so you’ll have to book on Expedia. Don’t forget to upgrade the fare to Basic, to get 23 kg of checked luggage for the entire trip for only €10.
