Rio de Janeiro: €950 ITA Airways Premium Economy Flights from Paris

Rio De Janeiro

SkyTeam member and fresh Lufthansa Group member ITA Airways currently offers premium economy fares from Paris to Rio de Janeiro starting at €950. The fare includes two checked bags, weighing 23 kilos each. Sadly, these tickets are only available when changing planes twice: Once in Milan and once in Rome.

Our availability calendar highlights all possible flight dates at the lowest price for trips up to 28 days. It will forward you to the Travel-Dealz.com flight search with your selected flight dates. Unfortunately, we cannot forward you to ITA Airways’s website, where the flights cost only €56 more.

The flights include two layovers both ways. First, you’ll stop in Milan and then in Rome. The short flights are on Airbus A320 family aircraft in economy class. The longer flights will be on ITA’s Airbus A330, which has 2 and a half rows in premium economy in a 2-3-2 configuration.

You can select a seat for free on all flights if you book on ITA’s website. On the shorter flights, emergency exit rows are also free. It may be worth it to have a longer layover in Milan, as Linate Airport has cheap and quick metro access to the city.

Search & Book

The fare rules do not state how long this fare will remain valid. There is a minimum stay of 5 nights or a Saturday night and a maximum stay of 3 months. The route begins in late October.

You can use our calendar above that will show you availabilities. Once you selected your dates, it will forward you to the Travel-Dealz Flight Search with your preselected flight dates. You can also search on ITA Airways’ website. With all its disadvantages, it may be worth it to book through online travel agencies (OTAs), since they offer prices of up to €56 cheaper. You can also search more specifically on Google Flights (instructions) for example by setting filters. You can then use our Go2 browser extension to book your flights.

Mileage

ITA issues the long flights in booking class A and the short flights in booking class Y. Unfortunately, we cannot calculate the earnings for these booking classes, but generally speaking, not many SkyTeam partners rushed to credit ITA flights yet.

Destination

Hotel prices in Rio usually start at roughly €30, depending on the hotel category. Whichever category and hotel you opt for, make sure to get the best price! Our recommendation is to search on booking.com, or even on our own Travel-Dealz hotel search:
