Routing

There are several options for you to get to Phuket. For instance, there is a very convenient direct flight from Zurich. But this route will unfortunately not be available until November 2019. Alternatively, you can first fly to Bangkok via one of the Lufthansa Group’s hubs, e.g., Zurich, Frankfurt or Vienna. The long-haul routes will be operated by Lufthansa, SWISS, Austrian Airlines or Thai Airways. From Bangkok, your trip will continue with Thai Airways to Phuket.

Thai Airways – in contrast to Swiss & Austrian – configure their Boeing 777 with only nine seats per row in Economy Class. That is to say that for the same price, the seating comfort should be a bit higher.

Search & Book

The Fare Rules do not specify a booking or a travel period. Google Flights (instructions) provides travel dates between May and June 2019 and between September 2019 and April 2020. The minimum stay is 3 days. You can book at the best price using Skyscanner or our Travel Dealz flight search.

Mileage

Tickets will be issued in booking classes T (Lufthansa, Thai Airways) and L (Swiss, Edelweiss). In most cases, you will be credited with 25% to 50% of the distance traveled.
