Dutch hotel chain CitizenM Hotels is currently running a nice promotion for booking until the end of March next year. You can save up to 30% (5% discount + up to 25% for CitizenM+ members) on rooms in Europe, America and Asia if you book before November 27, 2023. Since the promotional rate is fully flexible and doesn’t need to be prepaid, you can book rooms with minimal risk.
You have to sign up for the chain’s mycitizenM loyalty program to access the promotional rates.
While the promotional offer comes with full flexibility, it does not include breakfast. You have to purchase it separately before or during your stay.
You can cancel your room without any costs until 18.00 on the day of arrival, no prepayment is required. While the offer is valid until November 27, 2023, rooms available for the promotional rate are limited and might sell out earlier. Citizen M hotels offers a loyalty program called mycitizenM. You have to sign up to access the promotional rates.
The program offers two types of memberships: mycitizenM and mycitizenM+. The latter is a paid subscription at the price of €120 per year and gives you the largest discounts. Since you can also save decent money with the free version mycitizenM, we recommend taking advantage of these offers.

Bottom Line
This is a decent offer by CitizenM hotels. The travel period is generous, the number of destinations is quite attractive, and the promotional rate doesn’t require any form of prepayment. This way, you can book rooms for planned trips and cancel them on short notice if a better opportunity arises.
If you are certain to spend several nights at CitizenM hotels next year, you may even consider taking advantage of the 50% discount on CitizenM+ memberships (the first six months are free when subscribing during the promotional period). Occasional guests should stick to the free subscription, as the annual membership costs would be higher than potential savings and perks.
