SkyTeam member KLM has reacted to the Oneworld deals to North America and is now offering cheap flights to various destinations in Canada, the USA, and Mexico. You can, e.g. fly from Amsterdam to Vancouver, Houston, or Mexico City for prices starting at €299. There’s generally availability from April 2021 until February 2022. Luggage is not included (unless you’re a SkyTeam Elite status holder).
Due to the Corona pandemic, the USA and Canada have set entry bans which are currently still active. It is unclear, when tourists will be permitted to enter these countries again. Mexico, however, still has open borders and doesn’t even require a negative Corona test to enter the country. You do, however, need a negative PCR test to transit through the Netherlands. That could change, though.
Air France and KLM let you cancel all tickets for trips until December 2021 for free. You’d receive a voucher, which can then be refunded to your bank account. You can read the exact rules here.
To book the flights, you can simply use our search form below, which will then redirect you to KLM’s website. There’s generally availability from April 2021 until February 2022. However, be aware that the availability can strongly differ depending on the destination.

You can also start your trip in a different Dutch city, e.g. Eindhoven, Maastricht, or Arnhem, and get to Amsterdam by bus. That would lower the price to roughly €289.
The nonstop connections with KLM are usually operated by a Boeing 787 or Boeing 777, where you’ll have roughly 79 cm of legroom.

The fare rules do not state until when these flights will remain bookable at this price. The availability varies strongly depending on the destination, but generally there’s availability from April 2021 until February 2022. The minimum stay requirement is of 6 days, with the maximum being set at 3 months. You can find available dates by using Google Flights, before then booking the flights on KLM’s website.
