You can currently fly from Lisbon to St. Petersburg and Moscow starting at €142 with SkyTeam airlines Air France and KLM. Sadly, luggage will cost you at least €60 extra, if you need one.
From Lisbon, you would fly to either Amsterdam (KLM) or Paris (Air France) and then continue to either St. Petersburg or Moscow-Sheremetyevo. Both flights are roughly 3 hours long and operated with short-haul aircraft.
