Ryanair is selling very cheap flights from Madrid to Nowy Dwór Mazowiecki, an airport that is located 40 km away from Poland’s capital, Warsaw. The flight times are also ideal, as you depart from Madrid in the morning, and return in the night. There’s quite high availability in November and December.
Be aware, that this €20 price doesn’t include anything other than a small 20x25x40 cm bag. You can, however, pay €6 per flight for 10 kg of hand luggage.
