Dutch-French leisure carrier Transavia has a lot of attractive nonstop fares with departure from French cities. In October and November 2024, the airline sells tickets to Algiers for as little as €104 from Nantes and Montpellier. Flights from Paris are a little more expensive.
Sadly, this fare does not include checked bags. A 15 kg bag comes with the price tag of €60 r/t on Transavia’s website, the cheapest bundle including luggage starts at €202. This fare type will also grant you 16 XP on FlyingBlue.

Mileage
Transavia issues all tickets in booking class N. It won’t get you any miles in any program. By booking the basic fare including luggage, you can earn 16 XP on Air France and KLM’s Flying Blue.
