Final Boarding Call: SAS’ Huge Transatlantic Sale in Business and Premium Economy Ends on Tuesday

SAS Scandinavian Airlines Winter

Star Alliance member Scandinavian Airlines is currently running a huge sale in all travel classes, heavily discounting travel within Europe and transatlantic connections in to North America. All these deals have two things in common – a travel period from November 2023 through May 2024. And that the offers end on Tuesday, October 17, 2023.

This is your last chance to strike a bargain with any of the these deals:

Business Class from the United Kingdom to America

Due to the UK’s departure tax, tickets from British airports are usually up to €200 (~£171) more expensive than departures from the European Union. SAS breaks this trend for a few weeks with their excellent business class offers from Birmingham, Manchester and London:

Even More Transatlantic Business Class from Europe

Not only from the UK are flights notably cheap. You can also score a discounted ticket with departure from Eastern and Northern Europe. If you want to reach New York, business class flights from Gdansk, Gothenburg, Poznan and Warsaw are readily available for less than €1,500. Flights from other airports like Athens cost €1,700 or less.

Transatlantic Premium Economy for €600 in Both Directions

SAS is one of the few airlines that includes lounge access in their premium economy tickets. That is even more surprising when considering that their premium economy are also regularly among the cheapest. During the current sale, you can cross the Atlantic with extra-leg room in both directions at a discounted price.

The list of possible origins and destinations is much broader than in their business class offers:

You can even fly in the opposite direction from New York to Dublin for just €544 (~US$586) in premium economy.

Less than €300 for Economy Tickets to California (For Under-26s)

Even in economy there are some fares of note, like SAS’ youth fares to California for less than €300. Adding a checked bag increases the price by merely €40.

When considering taking advantage of one or more of these offers, you might also be interested in joining SAS’ loyalty program, SAS EuroBonus. We have compiled a list of useful information about it here. There is even an interesting status match for members of Finnair Plus:
