The Portuguese Star Alliance airline TAP is currently selling cheap flights from Amsterdam to Praia and San Vicente on Cape Verde. You can fly for only €200 from Amsterdam – including luggage! There’s availability until June and you can add a free stopover in Lisbon.
TAP has often cancelled flights without refunding the money and not granting EU rights.
You can travel to Cape Verde if you can present a negative PCR test. You can rebook these flights, but only when paying a possible fare difference.
All TAP flights include drinks and snacks/meals. Also, both flights are operated on similar short-haul Airbus airplanes. The layover would be in Lisbon. TAP does allow you, however, to extend your layover in Lisbon for up to five days, if you wish to explore the Portuguese capital before continuing your trip. You’ll be offered this choice right away when booking on their website.
